What We Do

We are a collaborative community initiative working to increase sense of belonging of newcomers and the community of Medicine Hat (and area). We are focused on supporting welcoming initiatives, creating a culture of inclusion, and integrating newcomers into our economic development.

How We Do It

We engage stakeholders including employers, agencies, community, and immigrants.  Together we act as an incubator for ideas, measures trends, identify needs, and mobilize appropriate community resources to meet newcomer needs.
